Please request an offer. The course costs for the SRC certified 4 hour Generic Provider are around CHF 120-150 per participant person- depending on the group size.

Cancellation costs and terms and conditions (in German only).

Cancellation:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the course: No charge.

• In case of cancellation up to 8 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee.

• For cancellations less than 8 days before the start of the course: 100% of the course fee.

In the case of cancellations for health reasons, the full course fees remains due. An exception can be granted upon request and upon presentation of a medical certificate within one week of deregistration. Please refer to the attached terms and conditions.

Abmeldung:

• Abmeldungen müssen schriftlich erfolgen.

• Bei Abmeldung bis 30 Tage vor Kursbeginn: Kostenlos.

Bei Abmeldungen aus gesundheitlichen Gründen bleibt die volle Kursgebühr geschuldet. Eine Ausnahme kann auf Antrag und bei Vorlage eines ärztlichen Attests innerhalb einer Woche nach Abmeldung bewilligt werden.
